ProcessAssist
Domain approvals for external collaboration—simplified, tracked, and secured.
How ProcessAssist Works
ProcessAssist routes domain allowlist requests from any employee to the domain approvals administrator.
Approvals and rejections are tracked and notified, and approved domains are then added to your Entra External ID allowlist (per your process/controls).
Why Domain Checker
Microsoft Entra supports allow/block lists to control which external domains can be invited for B2B collaboration—but the bottleneck is the workflow:
collecting requests, assessing risk, logging decisions, and keeping an audit trail.
ProcessAssist provides that missing workflow layer.
ProcessAssist Approval Process
- Submit — Any user proposes a domain (reason + app/use case).
- Review — Approver sees risk context and prior history.
- Decision & notify — Requester is informed of accept or reject.
- Action — Admin adds accepted domains to the allowlist for External ID (via Microsoft Entra admin center or your scripted process).
Key Features
- Queue with SLA timers and reminders
- Multi‑stage approvals (Security, Legal, IT)
- Evidence & comments retained for audit
